Dominican International School

1.Culminating activity will be held on October 21 at 12:15 pm. The activities are as follows:

a. Interpretative Dance Contest among the Grades 9,10,11,12

b. The songs to interpret are: You raised Me Up by Josh Groban, You Are Loved by Josh

Groban, Who Am I by Casting Cruise and Lead Me Lord by Gary Valenciano.

These songs can be downloaded from the Campus Ministry website.

c. There will be two group- representatives from each class.

d. The winners will be ranked as Third Place, Second Place and First Place.

e. The respective CL teachers will disseminate the contest rules.

f. The groups will present their respective dance number at 2 pm. After which all the

winners will be announced.

g. Collage Making contest among the Grades 5, 6, 7

h. The class will have two group-representatives. Each group will bring their own

newspaper, magazine, paste. The CL Department will provide the poster.

i. The class can work on it from 12:15 to 1:51 pm. The Homeroom Teachers will

supervise their respective class. The CL teachers will make their rounds just in

case there are some questions. The finished works will be displaced in front of the

classroom for the judges to see.

j. Coloring Contest among the Grades 1 and 2 / K1 and K2.

k. The CL Department will provide the pictures. The pupils will bring their own crayons.

l. All finished works will be displayed inside their classroom. The judges will go around

to see their works.

m. Rosary Making Contest among the Grades 3 and 4. Ms. Blanca will ask Ms.

Yvonne for some help.

40% clarity of the message being conveyed

40% creativity/originality

20% audience impact

40% beauty and harmony

40% Overall Impact
